At Tokyo Trove, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.

We’re happy to replace or refund your order if the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. We will also refund if the wrong item was received.

To request a replacement/refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery, include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

We don't accept returns for incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
